Identify the damaged curb guard. In case where a damage claim needs to be submitted, take a photo of the damaged curb guard installed on the wheel, prior to removal. Then repeat the same photo of the same wheel once the curb guard has been removed.
Using a pry tool, carefully pry the curb guard away from the wheel face by lifting the inner side of the ring.
Continue to work around the affected wheel and pry the adhesive away from the wheel surface.

As you make progress detaching the adhesive, be sure to pull the curb guard away from the vehicle. Continue to pull away at the curb guard until it has been completely removed from the vehicle.
Using a rubbing alcohol or equivalent nonresidue surface cleaner, clean the wheel surface until all residue has been removed from the wheel face. Note: Any and all paint protection materials between the adhesive bond and the painted surface of the wheel must be removed prior to curb guard installation. The presence of paint protection materials between the adhesive and the wheel face may compromise the integrity of the bond and will not be covered by our limited parts warranty.
Peel the backing tape edge away from the new curb guard to create a pull tab.
Place the curb guard over the wheel in the final installation location. Be sure to pull the backing tape lead end toward the center of the wheel with one hand, and press the curb guard against the wheel with the other hand until the backing tape has been completely removed. Apply pressure where the backing tape has been removed to ensure the adhesive bonds to the wheel surface properly.
Remove the protective film on the outside of the curb guard to complete installation.
Installation Complete!
Congratulations! You have completed your UP Road Warrior Curb Guard installation! Be sure to reinstall your undershield in the orientation it was removed. Torque the 10mm bolts to 12 ft/lbs.
