This past weekend marked a major milestone for Unplugged Performance as we opened our doors to the Tesla community for our very first Open House. Held at our headquarters in Hawthorne, California, the event welcomed hundreds of enthusiasts, owners, and fans to experience everything that makes UP special. At the event, we displayed Unplugged Performance builds, a behind-the-scenes access to our new facilities, worked with vendors who turned their Tesla Cybertruck into small businesses, and had the whole block packed with Teslas from all over the community. This was definitely an event to remember.
A Space Built for the Tesla Community
The UP Open House offered a first-ever look into our newly completed headquarters, now home to two distinct and purpose-built spaces: our state-of-the-art Auto Spa and our Technical Center. Both were designed with a singular goal: to meet your Tesla upgrade needs. Whether it is your participation in our Wheel Trade In Program, getting suspension work done, or even wrapping/window tinting your Tesla, our facilities can do it all.
The event kicked off with Teslas of every kind filling the entire campus and surrounding area. Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y, and Cybertrucks all lined up side by side, turning our facility into what felt like a walking art gallery welcoming everyone to stop by each build and walk up to our main attraction, the inside of the facilities.
The Scene Outside
Outside the main building, a crowd of excited owners and fans gathered, united by their shared love of all things Tesla. Music filled the air, thanks to a custom pink Cybertruck DJ booth (yes, you read that right) pumping out the high energy sounds directly from the truck itself. As attendees explored the lot, they enjoyed food from a hand-picked selection of vendors, including tacos, smash burgers, and one unforgettable truck: Cyberdog, a Cybertruck-turned-hotdog stand that was as creative as it was delicious. We had UP customer builds, a trophy winning Model 3 Autocross UP build, a Holographic wrapped Cybertruck with INVINCIBLE parts and UP Forged CYBRSPOKE wheels, and a 2026 Model Y Juniper with a UP Forged UP-03 off-road look.
Touring the Auto Spa
Guests entered through our newly completed customer lounge, where we’ve created a relaxing environment complete with coffee, refreshments, and light snacks. Historically, Unplugged Performance did not have an appropriate waiting area for customers who come to visit us from long distances to relax, so this newly renovated lobby now allows Tesla owners to recharge, work from home, and even relax while their cars get the treatment they deserve.
From the lobby area, guests were taken through our brand-new Auto Spa, a modern detailing space that includes a dedicated wash bay, a unique design aesthetic, and our favorite feature: the light tunnel. This ultra-bright environment is built specifically to showcase even the smallest imperfections, ensuring every wrap, PPF install, or window tint job meets our strictest standards.
The Spa also played host to an exclusive lineup of Cybertruck builds, each demonstrating a different aspect of what Unplugged Performance can do:
A P-51 Mustang-inspired Cybertruck with hand-drawn livery and our UP-03 Forged Beadlock wheels
A “Dune” wrapped Cybertruck armored with steel INVINCIBLE components including a Heavy Duty Front Bumper, Heavy Duty Rear Bumper with Hardcore Trailer Hitch Receiver with optional Rear Bumper Swing Arms & Spare Tire Carrier, a set of Heavy Duty Rock Sliders finalized with Satin Titanium UP Forged UP-03 Beadlock wheels .
An Agua Blue Cybertruck fitted with new 24″ UP Forged CYBRSPOKE wheels and a 50” Double Row LED Light Bar – 48V.
A Gloss Black Cybertruck on 24″ CYBRHEX wheels, fully outfitted in INVINCIBLE steel armor.
A Model 3 Performance Highland wrapped in a beautiful Excelsior Blue and on UP Forged UP-03 wheels (A fan favorite and a personal favorite of ours).
Exploring the Technical Center
After guests went through the Auto Spa Area, guests continued into our Technical Center, where the real magic happens. This is where our engineers and technicians bring to life the customer builds and experiment or perform R&D on vehicles. Inside, attendees got up close with:
- A fully built INVINCIBLE Cybertruck with steel armor and carbon fiber bedliner components like the Carbon Fiber Hood System with 50” LED Light Bar and Carbon Fiber fender flares.
- The company’s record-breaking Model S track car, Dark Helmet.
- The fully track built 2024 Model 3 Performance “Red Rocket” with Race Pro Coilover Suspension, Full Front Carbon Fiber Aero Kit, and UP Forged UP-03 wheels

- A 2026 Model Y Launch Edition, showcasing the innovative UP-RW “Road Warrior” wheel—the world’s first indestructible wheel.
Wrapping It Up
The route wrapped with a curated display of Unplugged Performance parts, giving visitors a chance to explore the same suspension arms, forged wheels, carbon fiber aero components, and more. Each part displayed has in one way shape or form contributed to the continued track and race record we achieve but also echo the customer success stories from around the world. This display was very much a hands-on experience, built to show future and current customers how they can level up their vehicle or replace aging factory components with UP’s race-tested solutions.
Reflecting back from this weekend, it was really the people who made this day special. Seeing so many passionate owners, fans, and familiar faces come together, sharing their stories and their love for Tesla, reminded us why we do what we do.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who attended and made the first Unplugged Performance Open House such a huge success. We can’t wait to open our doors again soon.
