Materials:

We use A36 steel, a trusted choice in heavy-duty applications, for its exceptional strength and durability. It can withstand the most demanding off-road terrain while remaining weldable for easy repairs.

Material thicknesses:

Our Cybertruck side rockers are crafted from steel with a thickness of just over 1/8 inch (Gauge 10), providing the perfect balance of strength and weight for off-road performance. This thickness ensures reliable impact resistance without adding unnecessary bulk, preserving vehicle agility. With multiple anchor points to the chassis along the entire length, thicker steel, like the 1/4-inch reinforcements used in our front bumper, is not required. Adding such material would only result in excessive weight, which is avoided to maintain efficiency.

Finish:

Our metal parts feature a thick black powder coating, ensuring superior resistance to rust, scratches, and corrosion. This finish protects against harsh elements and provides a rugged, sleek appearance.
